For me personally, this was the match of the round.

Unexpectedly for me, Kyiv lost to Shakhtar in the Ukrainian Classico last round; Dynamo was too unlucky and Donetsk was too lucky with their comebacks.

Here's what I see. LNZ is fighting, yes, but I don't see any progress so far, to be honest. They seemed to be playing well, but the last few matches clearly leave much to be desired: 0-0 with Karpaty, a loss to Kolos, a draw with Metalist. With results like these, can they confidently claim silver medals at the end of the championship? Unlikely. I'm praying to all the gods that Zhytomyr puts on a masterclass.

I hope my beloved Dynamo doesn't disgrace themselves here, and Kostyuk makes it clear that it's too early to start talking about a new coach. Well, they should, I believe. Maybe not crush them, but they should win. Either 1-2 or 0-1, I believe Kyiv will win by a narrow margin.

For betting enthusiasts, a Dynamo Kyiv victory for a two-point margin looks quite attractive.

Neither Rukh nor Veres really need anything here. Jumping up the table to a victory for the Rivne team is a waste of time, considering how they played Epicenter at home in the last round.

Lviv lost to Zorya Luhanska after scoring first at home, and Budkovskyi snatched victory for the Luhiv team in the 85th minute. So, they can show their worth, but they definitely can't win. I repeat, if Veres were fighting for anything in the table, I'd risk a bet on them to win against the seemingly dead Rukh. But right now, I'm not feeling it.

Poliesie looks like the clear favorite in this match. The team has been playing a much more consistent season and is still fighting for a high place in the table, so dropping points in a game like this is unacceptable. Poliesie plays confidently at home, attacks a lot, and creates chances regularly.

Alexandria, on the other hand, has had a disastrous season. The team often drops points even against similarly-matched opponents, and looks very weak in away matches. They have problems both defensively and converting chances up front.

I think Poliesie will seize the initiative from the start and secure a victory. The press is betting on a Poliesie victory.

Kolos approaches the match against Kudrivka in excellent form and is rightfully considered the favorite. Ruslan Kostyshyn's team has gained impressive momentum: their unbeaten streak in the league has reached seven matches, and in their last three matches, the team from Kovalivka not only won but also kept a clean sheet. Thanks to this, Kolos has climbed to sixth place and continues to maintain its chances of challenging for higher positions. It's especially important that the team is confident in matches against opponents from the lower half of the table, skillfully controlling the tempo and allowing virtually no dangerous moments near their goal.

Kudrivka is in the opposite situation. A draw with Obolon allowed them to break a long losing streak, but the UPL newcomer's problems remain. The team has been extremely weak on the road, suffering nine defeats in 13 matches this season. Furthermore, Kudrivka has serious attacking difficulties and rarely withstands pressure from more organized opponents. In the first round Kolos won confidently with a score of 3:1, and now the situation looks no less convincing in favor of the hosts.

I really enjoyed the game between the Kryvyi Rih football club and Dynamo Kyiv. What a job Venezuelan international Gleyker Mendoza did, scoring four goals in that match. And how hurt he must be after Dynamo Kyiv won by a surprising score after trailing 1-4 at halftime.

And I like Kryvbas time and again. They play well in every game, but sometimes they lose points because of the referees (remember the match against Poltava), and sometimes they make up ground, even though they've led so much, as I mentioned above. They always seem to be missing something.

Nevertheless, statistically, they're playing quite well at home, with 4 wins, 4 draws, and only two losses in 10 matches (one against Kyiv, and on April 5th, a 0-3 loss to LNZ, which is currently on fire). Rukh, Epicenter, Zorya Luhansk, and Oleksandriya won. You look at this group of teams and realize, well, they're the bottom of the current table; the only serious test they've ever faced was against Luhansk, which is currently a mid-table team, judging by the standings. But still, they're weak.

Karpaty, however, have a strong mentality, even though they're four points lower in the table due to their incredibly tight field. Spanish coach Francisco Fernandez and his team are showing some truly impressive results. Last round, they drew goalless with LNZ, thus officially making Shakhtar the champions: they're scoring consistently and haven't conceded a goal since March 8th. Overall, they're having a decent spring.

Do the teams have any incentive for this match? Honestly, I don't see it. It's a three-way game. I'll believe in Karpaty. A goalless draw or a goalless draw is also possible. I don't see more than three goals. I advise bettors to take a 0-handicap on the Carpathians.
